All our products are digital in nature (such as base layouts, downloadable links, or similar virtual items).
Once the product is delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before the digital product is delivered.
• Once the delivery is completed (i.e., download link or design shared), the order is considered final and non-cancellable.

3. Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided for successfully delivered digital items.
• Refunds are only considered if:
  • You are charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.
  • The product is not delivered due to a verified technical fault on our end.
