Town Hall 15
Town Hall 15 was released on October 10, 2022, in one of the largest content updates for a single Town Hall. This update introduced arcane-themed visuals, new defensive mechanics, and multiple Hero Pets, making TH15 bases both visually stunning and strategically challenging. The Spell Tower and Monolith defenses added unique layers of base protection, while troop and building upgrades enhanced offensive and defensive capabilities across the board.
Town Hall 15 Update Highlights (Oct 10, 2022)
- New Defenses:
- Spell Tower: Casts different spells at each level, including Rage, Poison, and Invisibility, affecting nearby defenses and units. Two Spell Towers can be placed in the Home Village.
- Monolith: Deals base damage plus bonus damage based on a percentage of the target’s max HP, making it especially strong against high-HP units like Heroes and tanks.
- New Hero Pets:
- Frosty: Slows down enemies with icy breath and deploys Frostmites to attack defenses.
- Diggy: Burrows underground beside the Hero, popping up to stun and attack nearby defenses.
- Poison Lizard: Attacks defending Heroes and Troops with toxic poison, slowing them down.
- Phoenix: Revives itself and the Hero under a temporary shield when the Hero is about to be knocked out.
- New Troop & Siege Machine:
- Electro Titan: Short-range aura damage to ground and air units, unlocked at TH14.
- Battle Drill: Burrows underground to stun and attack defenses upon surfacing.
- Defense & Building Upgrades:
- Multiple buildings including Cannon, Archer Tower, Wizard Tower, Air Defense, Mortar, X-Bow, Inferno Tower, Bomb Tower, Elixir Storage, Gold Storage, Dark Elixir Storage, Clan Castle, Barracks, Army Camp, Laboratory, Spell Factory, Siege Workshop, Pet House, and Walls received new levels.
- Troop & Siege Upgrades:
- Barbarians, Archers, Giants, Wall Breakers, Wizards, Minions, Golems, Witches, Miners, Electro Dragons, and Super Troops received level upgrades.
- Spells like Lightning, Heal, and Jump also received level boosts.
- Quality of Life Improvements:
- Reduced upgrade times and balanced resource costs for smoother progression.
