Clash of Clans is a mobile strategy video game that is free to play, developed and published by Supercell. The game was made available for iOS devices on August 2, 2012, and subsequently launched on Google Play for Android on October 7, 2013. Clash of Clans was officially released for PC (Windows) on October 23, 2023, through Google Play Games. You can download the Google Play Games beta app for your Windows PC to access the game. As of early 2025, Clash of Clans has over 150 million monthly players worldwide and downloads over 600 Million across all platforms.

🏰 17 Nov 2025 – Town Hall 18 Arrives

Clash of Clans releases the long-awaited Town Hall 18, new defenses, a new troop, spell, major system changes, and quality-of-life improvements. This is one of the most game-changing updates ever released, bringing deeper strategy, faster progression, and fresh content for every type of player.

TH18 crash-lands into your village with a meteorite theme and introduces Guardians, a new type of defensive companion.

New Guardians

Smasher – Melee Guardian with splash damage and the Sore Loser ability.
Longshot – Ranged Guardian with powerful splash shots and Final Blow explosion.
Only one Guardian can be active, and a free Builder upgrades them while a lower-level version remains usable.

🆕 New Troop, Spell & Defenses

--> Meteor Golem (Troop – TH17)

  • Throws meteorites over walls
  • Meteorites can merge to form new mini-golems

--> Totem Spell (TH16)

  • Deploys totems that tank and distract defenses
  • Can stun nearby buildings

--> Revenge Tower (Defense – TH18)

  • Becomes stronger as more of your village is destroyed

--> Super Wizard Tower (Defense – TH18)

  • Merge two Wizard Towers
  • Adds a Super Wizard whose attack chains to multiple targets

  • All previous crafted defense progress gets refunded as sparky stones

A new shop tab lets players spend Sparky Stones, earned from supercharging buildings or upgrading crafted defenses.
